1. When will my order ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days of the order being received and confirmed.
We use EMS and PX for international shipping. It can vary a little depending on the delivery company.
When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information.
Kindly not that your order has been processed within about 24 hours by our fulfillment team.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Definitely! We do ship internationally for all customers worldwide:)
Unfortunately, shipping is not available to the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii at the current time.
3. How much is the shipping?
Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $200 and over (merchandise only), and after discounts are applied.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $25.00 for all orders up to $199.99.
The shipping methods available for your order may vary based on your shipping address and the items you wish to purchase, as may the carriers we decide to use.
For express shipping, our carrier may contact you by email or SMS to arrange delivery at your convenience.
4. How long does delivery take?
Standard fulfillment and shipping are estimated to take 11-14 business days after placing the order.
It can be flexible depending on the delivery volume of the delivery service and where you live.
If you don't get the package more than 14 business days after you get your tracking number,
there are chances it might have been caught in the customs, so please call at your local post office.

5. Can I change or update my shipping address?
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as quickly as possible, and our customer service team will help you.
But due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.
Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to change your shipping address.
6. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Please contact us as quickly as possible so that we cancel your order in time but due to time differences,
we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.
Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel the shipment.
7. Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place one order per shipping address.
8. Do you ship to APO/AFO (military addresses)?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses or to P.O. boxes at this time.
